By using Space Surge (the “Game”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1.Licence
Stanislav Metenko, an individual developer based in Ukraine (the “developer”), grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to install and use the Game on devices you own, strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.In-game currency and purchases
The Game contains no paid purchases and no real-money store. In-game currency (credits) and materials are earned solely by playing. They have no monetary value outside the Game and cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred or cashed out.
Game progress is stored only on your device. It is not backed up by us and does not transfer between devices.
3.Advertising
The Game may show optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob in exchange for in-game bonuses (for example, a revive or doubled run rewards). Watching an ad is entirely voluntary and is not a payment for access to the core gameplay. See the Privacy Policy for what data advertising involves.
4.Acceptable use
You may not:
- reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the Game, except where such acts are expressly permitted by applicable law;
- use cheat tools, bots, memory editors or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate ad rewards;
- redistribute, resell or sublicense the Game or its assets;
- use the Game in any way that breaks applicable law.
5.Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, artwork, sound and the name “Space Surge”, remains the property of the developer. These Terms grant you a licence to use the Game, not any ownership of it.
6.Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation.
7.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for lost saved progress, device malfunction, or other indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the Game.
8.Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. The developer reserves the right to discontinue support for the Game or for individual features (for example, advertising) without prior notice.
9.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you reside.
10.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available inside the Game
